Paula, The Treat Lady

Paula is a crossing guard near our house. She is also a treat dispenser. She has a bag of goodies for all of the dogs that come by her corner.

Rio, understandably, is always excited to see her. Sometimes he starts to run when we are about 20 feet away, which can be interesting when there is snow and ice on the ground. Paula makes sure to break the treats up into small pieces so Rio can chow down.

That's the kind of city Pittsburgh is.
